  1. Purchase a presentation platform with the them of your choice for $65. We will host it for you. (The fee is actually just for hosting and technical support.)

  2. You will receive a "blank" presentation that you can fill-in with whatever content you want.

  3. Decide how much additional assistance you will need to help develop your presentation, and let us know. We will quote a fair and reasonable service fee according to your needs. Rates for assistance can be as low as $35 for custom theme creation to $250 for finishing services with voice narrations. It's ala carte.

TERMS OF SERVICE
  1. Account Payment. Payments are made to CommercialNet, Inc. via PayPal® (billing@commercialnetinc.com). Your credit or debit card will be debited the amount of $65 ONE TIME for the purchase of presentation platform hosting.

  2. Refunds. Once your account is online and prepped with your theme, no refund is due.

  3. Changes and Edits. Any changes and edits that you require for your account with our assistance will require an additional fee to compensate for our time. Fees are based on the levels of service required by you.

  4. Technical Support. We will provide you with as much support as you need to assist you with using our presentation platform. WE DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THIRD-PARTY APPLICATIONS THAT YOU MAY USE TO DEVELOP CONTENT FOR YOUR PRESENTATION.

  5. Backups. One your initial presentation is complete, we will create a backup copy for you. Each additional backup you require will result in a small backup fee of $25.

  6. Account Setup. Please allow 24 hours for account setup and theme development if you require a theme that we have not yet created.

  7. Account Repurposing. YOU ARE NOT STUCK WITH YOUR THEME! Feel free to repurpose your presenation whenever you'd like. If you created a "Pre-listing Inspection" presentation today but would like to use your account to create a "Air-Quality" presentation later, feel free to do so.
